I'm not sure if this is the best way, but if you go to google you can follow it there. Complete with scores, schedules, standings and even video clips.

The link takes me to my google home page, but it doesn't seem to load any soccer stuff. Is there a way I can get to that from my google home page?

What do you mean it doesn't show you any soccer stuff? on the left, right under the google search bar, you should see small boxes for "World Cup", "News", "Soccer Videos", and a few more under those.

Ah, my bad jer. The link was indeed available from the Google home page. When I said "my google home page" I meant my google desktop, which for some reason that link brought me to.
