I can not think of a top five. There are not really a top five like this with the parameters you set up. there is only a top two that I can tell.
justanswer.come is the best. I have 38,000 satisfied customers in 1.5 years on just answer and make between 75 and 300 dollars a day. Last years taxes showed i earned more than 32,000 dollars. I have tried other sites and they are like this. the actin in very slow, and payment does not come often enough. Justanswer.com has brokent he code. The action is fast. I can post 40 to 50 questions a day for values between 9 dollars and up. We get paid bonuses as well. today i got a 100 dollar bonus for an answer to a customer.
Just answers has a peer review system that gaurantees we do not lie about our credentials, and do not post bad answers. It is set up to allow you to answer on the flie.
You want the top 5, but there really is not a top five. I have been to dozens, and they are all the same. There does not seem to be anyone marketing or minding the store, to covert questions to cash.
There is no top five, there is Just Answers.
