In terms of logic, there must be a Hell to balance the concept of a Heaven.
In many religions worldwide Hell is generally accepted as existing (and not being a nice place!)

But the term "Hell" is very non-specific. Hell is generally referred to as being a location that is unfavorable with those who find themselves within it, or those faced with the proposition of being placed within it. In this instance, anything from a terrorist situation to being stuck in a toilet and running out of paper can be considered Hell.

The concept of Hell exists, but a specific location is yet undiscovered. So yes there is a Hell (It being wherever or whatever you find unpleasant at the time) but no there is not a specific fire and brimstone location known as Hell.
