Well, it's a matter of perspective.

If you're religious or follow any of the major established religions you probably believe in a Hell of some kind.

If you're not religious, Hell can still exist. If you're afraid of dying, afraid of fading into nothing and becoming forgotten, is that not a kind of Hell?

If you're not afraid of death, could your abscence from this world not create a hell for someone else?

So regardless of your beliefs, yes Hell does exist.
