Kunal you can use online proxies. which will allow you to access all the sites without restrictions.
Some proxies are given below along with port.

thanx for the respose....
open proxies dont work...even though some work they are 2 slow...the other options are installing freedom/Jap but the outcome is the same..
also many of the IM sites are blocked...
