The most obvious is to find a domain where many people have questions and need answers, and there is a population of people who have or can find answers. But you knew that.

The less obvious answer is to find some way to
a. aggregate bounties
b. adjudicate rewards fairly
c. reward cooperative answers proportional to contribution

But don't kid yourself b. is a hard problem and would probably require at the least auditing by some external guarantor.

But if you could get those three pieces in place this would be something special.
