97 pontiac sunfire. error code reads misfire #2 cylinder.
changed plugs, wires, and coil pack (which had broken nub ) still get misfire #2 cylinder.
what's the next thing to look at?

I had the very same problem with my 96 Ford Windstar
Did the same things you have, plus a lot more, and the problem was a bad fuel injector. Replaced the fuel injector in cylinder 4, in my case, and my van now runs like new. It has 167,000 miles on it.
